These terms govern your use of the SupraLoom website (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by 1760 LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“1760”, “we”, “us”). SupraLoom™ is a trademark of 1760 LLC.

The Site describes SupraLoom and lets you contact us, request access, join early access and sign up for updates. It is informational. These terms cover the Site only.

Access to the SupraLoom product is by invitation. Use of the product is governed by a separate customer agreement between 1760 LLC and the customer, not by these terms. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls for the product.

Submitting a form on the Site, including a request for access or an early-access sign-up, does not create a contract and does not oblige us to offer you access, a trial, or any product or service. We decide whether and when to respond or invite anyone, and features described on the Site may change before they are released.

You agree not to:

• use the Site in a way that breaks any law or the rights of others;
• submit information that is false, or that belongs to someone else without their permission;
• send spam, malware or automated submissions through the Site’s forms;
• try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems behind it, or interfere with how the Site works;
• copy the Site in bulk by automated means, other than indexing by search engines.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, videos, logos and code, are owned by 1760 LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own information. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute or create works based on the Site without our written permission.

SupraLoom™, the SupraLoom mark and the 1760 LLC logo are trademarks of 1760 LLC. You may not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or that causes confusion. The Sora typeface used on the Site is licensed under the SIL Open Font License.

The Site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current. Nothing on the Site is professional advice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, 1760 LLC and its members, managers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain of these limits. Where that is the case, the limits apply to the extent the law allows.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless 1760 LLC and its members, managers, employees and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
