Privacy policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Who we are

This policy explains how 1760 LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“we”, “us”), handles personal information collected through the SupraLoom website (the “Site”). SupraLoom™ is a trademark of 1760 LLC.

It covers the Site only. Access to the SupraLoom product is by invitation, and how we handle data inside the product is set out in the customer agreement and related terms for the product.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us and what our hosting provider logs by default.

  • Form submissions. When you request access, join early access or contact us, we receive what you type into the form. Depending on the form, that is your name, work email, company, role, current system, approximate item count, a subject, and any note or message you add.
  • Newsletter sign-ups. Your email address.
  • Server logs. Like any website, each request to the Site is logged by our hosting provider with your IP address, browser user agent and the time of the request.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as government identifiers, financial account details or health information.

How we use it

We use this information to:

  • reply to you;
  • consider requests for access and send early-access invitations;
  • send the newsletter, if you signed up for it (you can unsubscribe at any time);
  • understand what prospective customers need, so we can improve the product;
  • keep the Site running and secure, and investigate abuse.

We do not sell personal information, share it for advertising, or use it to build advertising profiles.

Service providers

Two companies process personal information for us, only to provide their service to us:

  • Vercel hosts the Site and keeps its server logs.
  • Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.

We share personal information with no other third parties, except where the law requires it (for example, in response to a valid legal order) or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business, in which case this policy will continue to apply to the information transferred.

Cookies and tracking

The Site sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no third-party scripts. Because there is no tracking, there is nothing to opt out of; the Site treats every visitor the same whether or not their browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

Retention

We keep form submissions and newsletter sign-ups for as long as we need them for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete them. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, we keep only what we need to make sure we do not email you again. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for its standard retention period and then deleted.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct information that is wrong;
  • delete your information;
  • stop sending you the newsletter or other emails.

Some US states give their residents privacy rights over personal information, such as rights to know, access, correct and delete it, and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Whether or not a particular law applies to us, we will honor the requests listed above from anyone.

To make a request, email privacy@1760.io. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you, and we will not treat you differently for making it. If you are not satisfied with our answer, reply to tell us, and we will review it.

Children

The Site is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International visitors

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you use the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and handled in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

Security

The Site is served only over HTTPS. Form submissions are sent to our inbox and not stored in a database on the Site, and access to our accounts with service providers is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The data cleanup tool

The SupraLoom data cleanup tool described on the Site has not been released. When it is, it is designed to process your files in your browser, without uploading them to us. We will update this policy before the tool is released to describe exactly what it does and does not collect.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will tell the people affected by email before it takes effect.
